We live here, so we look on your behalf — whether you need a great many, or just a few. If you'd like something made to a different specification, we'll find a way to do it without losing quality. Everyday goods, food, fashion, vintage pieces — things you've been told are no longer available sometimes turn out to still exist, in Japan.
"Could you find fu for a vegan chashu?" — a request from a ramen shop in Switzerland. Enquiries like this are often where we begin. Even if you don't know exactly what you're looking for, get in touch.

We find the place for it.
We take on location scouting for film, photography and advertising. From a single image of "this is the shot I want," we search the whole of Japan for a place that can actually deliver it — then handle negotiations, permissions and the coordination on the day.
Cities, mountains, coastlines, artisans' workshops. Finding the Japan beyond the tourist map is exactly what we're good at. We work in Japanese, English and German, so there's no need for an interpreter between you and the ground.
